Abstract

A AAD - Associação Arte Despertar é uma organização sem fins lucrativos que atua com ações educativas culturais e de responsabilidade social valendo-se dos recursos dar arte-educação - "nossa arte é despertar o melhor do ser humana. A proposta desenvolvida juntamente com a Brasmetal Waelzholz envolve um projeto de voluntariado empresarial e responsabilidade social na empresa. A iniciativa consiste em capacitar voluntários da empresa para atuarem em propostas arte educativas focadas na cultura popular brasileira; fornecer a descoberta, o desenvolvimento e direcionamento da habilidade e talentos pessoais, transformando a capacidade individual em ação social; desenvolver a sensibilidade e a criatividade, além da apresentação de conteúdos com aplicação prática, formando multiplicadores. Com essa proposta, a empresa e a AAD, pretendem formar voluntários multiplicadores, que possam atuar tanto dentro ou fora da empresa em projetos sociais, levando a arte- educação/cultura popular brasileira a toda comunidade que estiver inserido.

 

AAD – Associação Arte Despertar is a non-organization that acts in social educative actions and social responsibility programs, using the resources of art-education. “Our art is awaken the better part of human beings”. The proposal that is being jointly developed at Brasmetal Waelzholz involves a entrepreneur volunteer project and social responsibility at the company. The initiative consists of helping people to develop the social and artistic skills inside the company, focusing in Brazilian Popular Culture, discovering and developing personal talents and skills, transforming individual abilities into social work, developing the sensitivity, creativity, besides presenting content with pratical applications, resulting in multipliers. With this proposal, Brasmetal Waelzholz and AAD, intend to form multiplier volunteers, who can act in social projects inside and outside the company, helping the community by introducing and developing social and artistic-skills of the Brazilian Popular Culture.
