Abstract

Dados confiáveis são imprescindíveis para contabilidade metalúrgica de produção, contudo em cadeias produtivas de grande porte é comum a existência de fluxos de material ou estoques não medidos apropriadamente, ou até mesmo desconhecidos, causando um apontamento impreciso no balanço de massa. Este trabalho apresenta os requisitos para uma solução moderna e aderente ao código AMIRA P754 para a contabilidade metalúrgica. Inicialmente os dados de medição são validados e pré-processados para remoção de erros grosseiros e anomalias. Em seguida a reconciliação de dados é executada usando dois mecanismos que distribuem as incertezas entre medidas, perdas e massas acumuladas. O sistema foi testado na Samarco S.A. utilizando a Plataforma Nexum® Digital, seguindo especificações técnicas propostas pela mineradora, e se mostrou bem-sucedido ao atestar de maneira coerente os fechamentos de produção, perdas e massas acumuladas ao longo da cadeia.

 

Reliable data is essential for metallurgical production accounting. However, in large production chains, it is common to have material flows or stocks not measured properly, or even that are unknown, causing an inaccurate indication in the mass balance. This work presents the requirements for a tool compatible with the AMIRA P754 code for metallurgical accounting. Initially the data are validated and pre-processed to remove gross errors and anomalies. Then, data reconciliation is performed using two mechanisms that distribute uncertainties between measurements, losses, and accumulated masses. The system was tested at Samarco S.A. using the Nexum® Digital Platform, Balance and Health modules, following technical specifications proposed by the mining company and proved to be successful in consistently attesting the total production, losses and accumulated mass throughout the entire chain.
