Abstract

Indices de desempenho operacional com evolução consistente podem ser alcançados através da disseminação de informação e responsabilidade em todos os níveis da administração de uma unidade produtiva. A simplificação e o direcionamento (foco) são fundamentais para que até o nível operacional possa participar ativamente do processo evolutivo. Neste trabalho são mostradas e exemplificadas algumas ferramentas que podem ser empregadas.

Operational performance rates with consistent evolution can be reached through information dissemination and responsibility in all the administration levels of a productive unit. Simplification and aiming (focus) are fundamental to an active participation of the operational level in the evolution process. In this paper some useful management tools are shown and exemplified.
