Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo estudar o efeito do envelhecimento nas propriedades reológicas (viscosidades aparente e plástica, limite de escoamento, curvas de fluxo e forças géis), de filtração (volume de filtrado) e de lubricidade (coeficiente de lubricidade) de fluidos de perfuração base água. Os fluidos foram preparados adicionando à água os aditivos (viscosificante e controlador de filtrado poliméricos, anti-espumante, alcalinizante, inibidores de argilas hidratáveis, bactericida e lubrificante) em diferentes concentrações sob agitação constante. As propriedades dos fluidos foram determinadas antes e após envelhecimento em forno rotativo por 16 horas, à 200°F. As formulações foram avaliadas quanto aos parâmetros reológicos, em Viscosímetro Fann 35A, à 120°F. As medidas de coeficiente de lubricidade foram determinadas em lubricímetro Ofite, e o volume de filtrado, em Filtro Prensa HPHT da Fann. A partir dos resultados obtidos, foi visto que os aditivos presentes nas formulações são resistentes a altas temperaturas e pressão, bem como com o aumento da temperatura e pressão se tem uma melhoria nas propriedades reológicas e lubricidade dos fluidos estudados.

 

This work has the aim to study the effect of the aging in the rheological properties (apparent and plastic viscosities, yield limit, flow curves and gel forces), of filtration (filtered volume) and of lubricity (lubricity coefficient) of water-based drilling fluids. The fluids had been prepared adding to the water additives (polymeric viscositying and controlling filtered, controlling of pH, hydratable clays inhibitors, no-foamy, bactericide, lubricant and sealant) in different concentrations under constant agitation. The properties of drilling fluids had been determined before and after aging in roller oven for 16 hours, to 200°F. The formularizations had been evaluated through the rheological parameters, in Fann Viscometer 35A, to 120°F . The measures of lubricity coefficient had been determined in Ofite lubricity, and the filtered volume, in Filter Press HPHT Fann. The results, had shown the additives are resistant the high temperatures and pressure, as well as with the increase of the temperature and pressure if it has an improvement in the rheological properties and lubricity of studied drilling fluids.
