Abstract

O objetivo deste artigo é analisar e compreender como as manifestações de estresse físico, psíquico, psicofisiológico e de temporalidade, podem influenciar no comportamento de risco e nos acidentes de trabalho. Bem como apresentar elementos que possam promover uma discussão acerca do tema; uma vez que uma das principais contribuições para entender os acidentes de trabalho deve ser por meio de pesquisa em bases teóricas e empíricas. Essa pesquisa foi realizada em uma empresa com trabalhadores do setor de produção, em diferentes regimes de trabalho, no ramo de fundição de metal e alumínio, no Estado de São Paulo, Brasil. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de caráter descritivo aliado a um estudo de caso. A partir da análise dos resultados obtidos identificou-se que 15,9% (28) dos sujeitos apresentaram todas as manifestações de estresse em menor ou maior grau. A classificação do nível de estresse foi feita através da escala de Toulousaine (ETS), que busca identificar as manifestações percebidas numa situação considerada estressante e que permite o somatório dos escores da escala tipo Likert, verificando as manifestações físicas, psicológicas, psicofisiológicas e as de temporalidade como índices de reação ao estresse apresentado pelos indivíduos.

 

The objective of this article is to analyze and to understand as the manifestations of stresses physical, psychic, psychic physiological and of temporality, they can influence in the behavior of risk and the industrial accidents. As well as presenting elements that can promote a quarrel concerning the subject; a time that one of the main contributions to understand the industrial accidents must be by means of research in theoretical and empirical bases. This research was carried through in a company with workers of the production sector, in different regimes of work, the branch of casting of metal and aluminum, in the State of São Paulo, Brazil. Ally to a case study is about a research of descriptive character. From the analysis of the gotten results he identified himself that 15,9% (28) of the citizens had presented all the manifestations of stresses in minor or greater degree. The classification of the level of stresses was made through the scale of Toulousaine (ETS), that it searches to identify the manifestations perceived in a considered situation stressing and that allows the add of them props up of the scale Likert type, verifying the physical, psychological, psychic physiological manifestations and of temporality as indices of reaction to stresses it presented for the individuals.
