Abstract

Neste artigo é apresentada uma metodologia para detecção e correção das oscilaçőes na malha de controle de temperatura do ar quente enviado para o Alto Forno 1 da Arcelor Mittal Tubarão. Para a correção dos problemas foram utilizadas técnicas de análise de falhas e diferentes estratégias de sintonia de controladores. Para validação dos resultados obtidos, foram utilizadas ferramentas estatísticas. O trabalho descreve o funcionamento da malha de controle de temperatura de ar quente, possibilitando, então, a identificação e eliminação das causas responsáveis pela variação da temperatura, como também melhorias da malha de controle.

 

This article presents a methodology for detecting and correcting for variation in the loop temperature control of hot air sent to the blast furnace 1 Arcelor Mittal Tubarão. For the correction of problems techniques were used for failure analysis and different strategies for tuning controllers. To validate the results obtained, we used statistical tools. This paper describes the operation of the control loop of hot air temperature, allowing then to identify and eliminate causes for the variation in temperature, as well as improvements of the control loop.
