Abstract

Apresentar uma estratégia efetiva de Logística para atendimento do cliente de Gases do Ar Liquefeito que irá agregar valor para toda a organização. Este trabalho apresenta o mapeamento dos principais componentes da cadeia de suprimento de uma indústria química de gases além de dar uma visão geral do negócio. Relata ainda os principais desafios que a Logística enfrenta e as iniciativas para buscar o nível de excelência neste serviço.

Provide an effective strategy for logistics service to the customer of Liquefied Gases Air that will add value throughout the organization. This paper presents the mapping of the main components of the supply chain of a chemical gas besides providing an overview of the business. Also reported that the main challenges facing the logistics and initiatives to achieve the level of excellence in service.
