Abstract

O gerador de telas sinóticas tem como finalidade tornar públicas e de fácil acesso telas construídas nos diversos softwares’s supervisórios e PIMS disponíveis no mercado. Com isso, informações em tempo real podem ser divulgadas via intranet e o status da planta é verificado sem a necessidade de deslocamento até a sala de controle. Com base na necessidade dos usuários de planta de acompanhar o andamento do processo produtivo, o gerador de telas sinóticas permite a visualização remota das telas utilizadas pela operação. A divulgação de uma tela começa com a conversão de seu design para a linguagem gráfica VML. Através da tecnologia AJAX os dados são requisitados ao servidor Web que por sua vez se conecta ao servidor de dados via OPC. O servidor de dados pode ser um software supervisório ou um sistema PIMS. O sistema foi desenvolvido para ambiente Web e pode ser utilizado em plataforma J2EE ou .NET. Dependendo do ambiente do usuário podem ser feitas combinações entre plataforma e servidor de dados. Algumas destas combinações já foram implementadas. Entre as vantagens diferenciais do gerador de sinóticos estão: a facilidade de atualização de telas, a possibilidade de integração em um mesmo ambiente sinótico de vários servidores de dados e o baixo custo de implantação e manutenção.

 

The synoptic screens generator has the objective to turn public, with easy access, the supervisory and PIMS software’s screens. With this, information in real time can be spread via Intranet and the status of the plant is verified without the necessity of going to the control room. Based on the necessity of the plant users to follow the course of the productive process, the synoptic screens generator allows the remote visualization of the operational screens. The process starts with the conversion of the screen design to a VML graphical language. Through the AJAX technology, the data is requested to the Web server which connects to the data server via OPC. The data server can be supervisory software or a PIMS system. The system was developed for Web environment and can be used in platform J2EE or .NET. Depending on the user environment, different combinations can be done between the platform and the data server. Some of those combinations had already been implemented. Some advantages of the synoptic screens generator are: the ease to update the screens, the possibility to integrate many data servers in the same synoptic environment and the low cost of implantation and maintenance.
