Abstract

A busca por maior competitividade tem levado as organizações a perseguirem permanentemente melhorias de gestão que possam se traduzir em ganhos de qualidade, produtividade e eliminação de desperdícios, entre outros. Sendo assim, o presente trabalho teve por objetivo apresentar propostas de melhoria para uma linha de produção automotiva no que tange a eliminação dos gargalos da produção e a redução de desperdícios de recursos produtivos. Estudando o funcionamento de uma das células de produção da área de carroceria, numa indústria automobilística, foi possível identificar oportunidades de melhorias, principalmente aquelas associadas ao melhor aproveitamento da relação tempo-homem-máquina. A partir da implantação de diversas propostas de melhorias no processo, com o conseqüente rebalanceamento da linha, foi possível quantificar os ganhos obtidos, evidenciados principalmente pela maior eficiência da célula de produção e a redução significativa de operações e operadores.Os benefícios resultantes puderam ser observados e analisados por meio da comparação dos resultados da referida célula de produção, antes e depois dos estudos realizados. Um dos resultados mais relevantes, diz respeito ao tempo de operação da linha, após a introdução das melhorias e do seu rebalanceamento, comprovando o acerto nas mudanças a serem operacionalizadas na célula de produção.

 

The search for bigger competitiveness has taken the organizations among others to pursue permanently management improvements that can be expressed profits of quality, productivity and elimination of wastefulnesses. Being thus, the present work had for objective to present proposals of improvement for a line of automotiva production in that it refers to the elimination of the gargalos of the production and the reduction of wastefulnesses of productive resources. Studying the functioning of one of the cells of production of the area of it would carroceria, in an automobile industry, was possible to identify chances of improvements, mainly those associates to the best exploitation of the relation time-man-machine. From the implantation of diverse proposals of improvements in the process, with the consequent rebalanceamento of the line, it was possible to quantify the profits gotten, evidenced mainly for the biggest efficiency of the production cell and the significant reduction of operations and operadores.Os resultant benefits could have been observed and have been analyzed by means of the comparison of the results of the related cell of production, before and after the carried through studies. One of the results most excellent, says respect to the running time of the line, after the introduction of the improvements and its rebalanceamento, proving the rightness in the changes to be operacionalizadas in the production cell.
