Abstract

Este trabalho teve por objetivo caracterizar e analisar como as técnicas e ferramentas utilizadas no gerenciamento de projetos contribuem para a realização de empreendimentos ligados às atividades de transporte rodoviário de cargas especiais indivisíveis, que são consideradas cargas perigosas e não um produto perigoso, por apresentarem pesos e dimensões superiores àquelas estabelecidas pelo código de trânsito brasileiro. O trabalho desenvolveu um estudo de caso exploratório que descreve os aspectos do gerenciamento de projetos, caracteriza as cargas especiais, descreve e avalia a aplicação dessas ferramentas e técnicas, enfatizando a importância das atividades de planejamento, execução e controle no desenvolvimento desses empreendimentos. Os resultados deste estudo indicam, que a adoção de uma metodologia de gerenciamento de projetos, com a aplicação das técnicas e ferramentas apropriadas, faz parte da política de desenvolvimento dos serviços das empresas estudadas, podendo ser implementada em toda sua abrangência conceitual, colocando-se como um elemento importante para o aprimoramento da eficácia operacional nesse segmento.

 

This work has for objective to characterize and to analyze as the techniques and tools used in the administration of projects they contribute to the accomplishment of linked enterprises to the activities logistics in the transport of indivisible special loads, that dangerous loads are considered and not a dangerous product, for they present weights and superior dimensions the those established by the code of Brazilian traffic. It work is a study of exploratory case that it describes the aspects of the administration of projects, it characterizes the special loads, it describes and it evaluates the application of those tools and techniques, emphasizing the importance of the planning activities, execution and control in the development of those enterprises. The results of this study indication, that the adoption of a methodology through the application of the techniques and tools of administration makes part of the politics of development of services of the studied companies, could be implemented in all your conceptual inclusion, being placed as essential for the excellent of the operational effectiveness in that segment.
