Abstract

Este trabalho tem por objetivo mostrar as funcionalidades existentes num sistema MES para uma linha de pré-pintura, suas particularidades e as dificuldades encontradas na implementação do sistema na CSN, filial Paraná. Inicialmente foram elaboradas as especificações funcionais do sistema, atentando principalmente para as particularidades da linha como: divisão de bobinas para mais de um cliente, cálculo de peso diferenciado, processamento realizado em duas etapas e testes de qualidade. O desenvolvimento foi realizado utilizando a metodologia XP (Extreme Programming), onde pequenas versões eram liberadas aos usuários para testes e homologação. Finalizados o desenvolvimento e os testes unitários, deu-se início aos testes integrados com participação direta do usuário, envolvendo integrações com Nível 2 de automação e o ERP da empresa. A implementação do MES e a integração dos sistemas de automação ao modelo integrado de negócios (MIN) foram realizadas com sucesso. Toda a produção de material pré-pintado é controlada pelo sistema, desde a entrada do pedido do cliente até a entrega, passando pela programação de bobinas, abastecimento e apontamento de produção, consumo de tinta e testes de qualidade realizados no material na própria linha de produção. É possível garantir aos clientes material com qualidade CSN com lead time de até dois dias.

 

This paper presents the existing functionality in a MES system for a daily continuous coating line, its particularities and the difficulties found in the implementation of the system in the CSN, Paraná branch. Initially the functional specifications of the system had been elaborated, attempting against mainly for the particularities of the line like: coil split for more than a customer, calculation of differentiated weight, processing carried through in two stages and tests of quality. The development was carried through using XP methodology (Extreme Programming), where small versions were developed to the users for tests and validation. Finished the unitary development and tests, integrated tests was started with direct user participation, involving integration with Level 2 of automation and ERP of the company. The implementation of the MES and the integration of the systems of automation to the integrated model business- oriented (MIN) had been carried through successfully. All the production of coating coils is controlled for the system, since the entrance of the customer order until the delivery, passing for the coils programming, entrance and production, coating consumption and tests of quality, carried through in the material in the line. It is possible to guarantee to the customers material with quality CSN with lead time of up to two days.
