Abstract

Neste trabalho, a Eirich irá apresentar sua nova ferramenta para análise do sínter integrada ao sistema de controle da sinterização. Para estabilização e controle contínuos e otimizados do processo de sinterização, o dispositivo QualiMaster extrai uma amostragem representativa totalmente automática e realiza a análise do material, garantindo portanto, qualidade de sinterização alta e estável. Os resíduos de mineração muitas vezes possuem uma proporção considerável de substâncias valiosas. Em complemento a este trabalho, apresentaremos também nossa tecnologia de mistura que permite a recuperação econômica desses rejeitos de mineração.

 

At this paper, Eirich will present its new tool for sinter analysis integrated to the sintering control system. For stabilization and optimal, continuous control of the sintering process, QualiMaster, a device was developed which guarantees fully automatic representative sampling and material analysis and thus a high and stable sintering quality. Mining tailings often has a considerable proportion of valuable substances. In addition to this work, we will also present our mixing technology that allows the economic recovery of these mining tailings.
