Abstract
This paper presents VAI’s latest design features and solutions for a high-performance and economic sinter plant. Topics addressed include efficient sinter raw mix preparation systems, a new sinter raw mix charging system, sinter cooling and selective recycling of sinter waste gas. Advantages of modernization solutions are outlined.
