Abstract

Since primitive man until nowadays man the ore search for sustain the increasing human comfort necessity establish a high entail between the natural recourse and the man dependency to sustain the nowadays exigency and necessity. It increases each time more and it get more different only in the utility scale and in the technologic level adopted. The mining is an economic activity furnisher of raw material for all finalities: building construction, infrastructure, electric energy generation, automobilist industry, petroleum industry, aviation, railroader and highway roader transport, navigation, communication, informatics, agriculture, fertilizer, chemistry and pharmaceutical industries, metallurgic products, precision equipment and jewels. There is no way to separate the man of the mineral assets, even so paradoxically the man request comfort and the ore benefits, but in the same time repudiates and censures the activity that available this ore ....the mining.
