Abstract

Dando continuidade ao estudo iniciado no primeiro artigo, Modelagem da precipitação de aln em aços elétricos de grão orientado I: termodinâmica da precipitação, é proposto um modelo para a avaliação cinética da precipitação do AlN em aços elétricos de grão orientado. Com base na teoria clássica da nucleação, a taxa de nucleação e os tempos de início e final de precipitação são estimados. Por fim, é apresentado um estudo do coalescimento dos precipitados e são construídas as curvas PTT para o processo de precipitação estudado. No terceiro artigo da série, é proposto um modelo para nucleação e crescimento simultâneos dos precipitados de AlN em deslocações nos aços elétricos.

Continuing the study started in the first article, Modelling aln precipitation in grain oriented electrical steel I: thermodynamics of precipitation, it is proposed a model to simulate the kinetic of AlN precipitation in grain-oriented electrical steels. Based in Classical theory for nucleation, the nucleation rate and the precipitation times (to begin and to finish the precipitation) are calculated, as well as the precipitation-time-temperature (PTT) curves. The influence of coarsening of precipitates in the process is discussed and taken in consideration. In the third article of this series, a model for simultaneous nucleation and growth of AlN precipitates in dislocations is studied.
