Abstract

Visando otimizar a administração de seus contratos e suprimentos de serviços, a CST-Arcelor Brasil, desenhou e implementou um Novo Modelo de Gestão de Serviços Contratados com características inéditas para esse tipo de gestão. Dentre os resultados obtidos com sua implementação (suportado por um sistema informatizado) destacam-se: a completa visão da performance dos fornecedores, e o monitoramento do ambiente de controle interno de todo o processo de contratação. O objetivo desse trabalho é discorrer acerca do processo de estruturação deste Novo Modelo, expondo de forma concisa a determinação das ações e facilidades que possibilitaram o alcance dos direcionadores corporativos estabelecidos.

 

In order to optimize the management of its contracts and service supply, CST-Arcelor Brazil has developed and implemented a New Service Outsourcing Management Model with unpublished characteristics for this type of management. Among the results which have been attained by implementing such model (supported by an automated program) some stand out: the complete vision of suppliers’ performance, and the continuous monitoring and internal control of the whole hiring process. The objective of the present paper is to discourse about the structuring process of the New Model, determining the steps and facilities which have made possible the achievement of the corporate guidelines established.
