Abstract

O modelo foi desenvolvido com o objetivo de efetuar o controle automático dos estágios de aquecimento, e posterior controle da temperatura de domo e chaminé dos regeneradores com câmara de combustão externa dos altos-fornos da ThyssenKrupp CSA - Companhia Siderúrgica do Atlântico. Foram levadas em consideração as variações das características físico-químicas e composição dos combustíveis utilizados, assim como realizar a combustão e transporte do calor para encharque do empilhamento refratário de forma eficiente.

 

The model was developed with the aim of making the automatic control of heating stages, and further dome and chimney temperature control of regenerators with external combustion chamber of the blast furnace from ThyssenKrupp CSA - Companhia Siderúrgica do Atlântico. It was taken into consideration the variations of physical and chemical characteristics and composition of the used fuels, and to perform the combustion and heat transport to soak the refractory stacking efficiently.
