Abstract
Faz-se um relato da evolução dos Programas Participativos em implantação na CST, com destaque à Área de Redução, onde os autores se mostram gratificados pelos resultados alcançados. Fruto de ações gerenciais com incentivo à participação de todos os empregados, tais programas buscam proporcionar realização profissional conjugada com os interesses da empresa. Abstract: This is a report of the Participative Programs evolution in implantation on CST, with prominence to the Reduction part of Siderurgy, where the authors are very glad for the results reached. Administrative actions which incentive participation of all working staff perhaps will be the single mode to adjust one intense professional achievement conjugated with company interest.
