Abstract

Este trabalho tem o objetivo de aumentar os volumes no transporte ferroviário outbound na ArcelorMittal Monlevade através da melhoria de confiabilidade deste modal, redução de interferências internas e revisão do sistema de informações, proporcionando uma ocupação racional dos recursos logísticos existentes. Para desenvolvimento do trabalho foi utilizada a metodologia MASP/PDCA com o envolvimento de todos os participantes da cadeia. Como novidade houve a inclusão do operador logístico (Tora Logística) para absorver as deficiências de infra- estrutura do processo. Foi realizada também uma mudança em todo o processo de informações e relacionamento entre as partes envolvidas.

 

The goal of this project is to increase the volume of outbound rail transportation at ArcelorMittal Monlevade through the improvement of confidence in this mode of transportation, reducing internal interferences and a review of information flows, providing a logical utilization of existent logistics resources. The development of this project used the MASP /PDCA method, with the participation of all parties of the supply chain. A 3rd party logistics provider was included in the process (TORA LOGISTICA) to absorb deficiencies in infrastructure. There was also a change in all information flows and relationship with all parties involved.
