Abstract

O presente trabalho tem como objetivos definir os parâmetros de corte plasma utilizando uma fonte de corte manual que será adaptado a um manipulador robótico acionado pneumaticamente. Os parâmetro definidos são a velocidade de corte e stand-off. Para tanto foram realizados diversos ensaios, com o auxilio de um sistema de avanço automático. A análise da qualidade do corte foi realizada através de analise macrografica onde foi avaliada a largura do corte, a ZAC (zona afetada por calor) e a angularidade do corte. Foram feitas as medições do tempo de energização da tocha de corte, inicio de formação do arco elétrico, inicio do processo de corte, dados estes utilizados na programação do manipulador robótico.

 

The present work define same parameters of plasma cutting using a portable plasma cutters that will be adapted to pneumatic robotic manipulator. The plasma cutting parameters are the cutting speed and stand-off. this were carried out test using a mechanized system . The analysis of the quality of the cut was carried out through metallographic analyzes, where was evaluated the kerf width, heat affected zone and to bevel angle of the cut. It were made measures of the start of arch and time of cut and this dates will be used for programming the robotic manipulator.
