Abstract

A evolução do conceito e mesmo da prática da Responsabilidade Social demonstrada através do crescente volume de discussões científicas e populares, inserção de instrumentos e, mais recentemente com a ISO 26000, encontra parceria apropriada na prática e estudo da Governança Organizacional com propostas de interseção de considerações relativas a esta área, auxiliando assim a transposição da filantropia à sustentabilidade, das ações isoladas à interação entre todos os stakeholders. Desta forma, o objetivo desta pesquisa é descrever a forma com a qual a Governança Organizacional pode auxiliar no direcionamento de melhores práticas de Responsabilidade Social. Para responder o objetivo mencionado, faz-se uso de pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Como resultados indicam-se as formas mencionadas de Governança Organizacional de maneira a contribuir com os novos rumos da Responsabilidade Social com vistas ao desenvolvimento sustentável.

 

The evolution of the concept and even the practice of Social Responsibility demonstrated by the increasing volume of scientific and popular discussions, insertion of instruments and, most recently with ISO 26000, is suitable partner in the practice and study of the proposals with Organizational Governance intersection of considerations relating to this area, thereby assisting in the implementation of philanthropy to the sustainability of individual stocks to the interaction between all stakeholders. Thus, the objective of this research is to describe the way in which the Organizational Governance can help in directing best practices for Social Responsibility. Tomeettheobjectivementioned above makes useofbibliographic and documentary research. The result indicates thementioned forms of Organizational Governance so as to contribute to the new directions of social responsibility with a view to sustainable development.
