Abstract

No tratamento térmico de tubos petrolíferos é necessário um controle apurado visando garantir a qualidade do material produzido. O objetivo deste trabalho é apresentar os conceitos, tecnologias e ferramentas utilizadas no desenvolvimento do Sistema de Rastreamento de Tubos Petrolíferos na V&M do BRASIL S.A. a fim de obter o controle necessário, proporcionando informação em tempo real em cada fase do processo e disponibilizando um histórico do produto. Baseado nas necessidades apresentadas pelo processo foi adotada a estratégia de implementar todo o rastreamento no PLC, a fim de alcançar maior precisão, segurança e disponibilidade. Como SCADA foi utilizado o produto da VAI-Ingdesi Automation, o I- Vision, que realiza toda a tarefa de aquisição e armazenamento das variáveis de campo disponibilizando-as em um ambiente Cliente-Servidor através de uma interface COM para o sistema de supervisão. O sistema de supervisão foi todo desenvolvido na plataforma .NET possibilitando uma aplicação com baixo custo de manutenção e aplicação de melhorias. Com a implantação do sistema de rastreamento foram obtidos os seguintes resultados: redução de retrabalhos, diminuição no número de tubos amostrados, apontamentos automáticos de dados de produção para controle operacional, facilita a detecção de variações do processo, acompanhamento do fluxo de produção online.

 

In the thermal treatment of petroliferous tubes a refined control is necessary aiming at to guarantee the quality of the produced tubes. The objective of this document is to present the concepts, technologies and tools used in the development of the system of tracking petroliferous tubes of V&M do BRASIL. This system realizes the necessary control, providing a real time information on each phase of the process and show the history description of the product. Based on the necessities presented for the process, the strategy was to develop all the tracking in the PLC in order to reach high precision, security and availability. The product I-Vision, developed by VAI-Ingdesi Automation Ltda, was used as SCADA. The I-Vision realizes all the acquisition and storage of the field variables, making available in a Client- Server environment through a COM interface to the supervision system. The supervision system was all developed in framework .NET making possible an application with low cost of maintenance and improvements. With the implantation of the tracking system, this following results was reached: reduction of repetitive work, reduction in the amount of sampled tubes, automatic notes of production data for operational control, improvement in the identification of the process variations and online tracking of the production flow.
