Abstract

Este trabalho visa apresentar soluções para aumento de performance e qualidade de reparo de equipamento de lingotamento continuo, utilizando ferramentas inteligentes que proporcionam agilidade e confiabilidade de resultados. Os controles são feitos por meio de relatórios automáticos, a fim de garantir melhor qualidade do produto. This paper presents solutions to increase performance and quality of repair of continuous casting equipment by using intelligent tools that provides agility and reliability on the machine performance. Automatic reports are generated during the repair of the CCM equipment in the Workshop in order to ensure a better product quality. The paper gives an overview about results of Primetals Technologies maintenance performance
