Abstract

Explanação sobre o projeto realizado pela Kunststoffbau Langschede GMBH na usina da ThyssenKrupp Steel AG em Duisburg (Beckerwerth) na laminação a Frio No 2 que teve como escopo a Engenharia, Fabricação, Fornecimento, Montagem, Testes e Operação assistida para a substituição da seção química da linha de decapagem de aço carbono, trocando a mesma do processo por imersão para o processo turbulento utilizando tanques de processo e lavagem fabricados em polipropileno ao invés de aço carbono revestido.

 

Explanation about the Project developed by Kunststoffbau Langschede GMBH at the ThyssenKrupp Steel AG Works at Duisburg (Beckerwerth) area of the Cold Rolling Complex No. 2 which had as scope of supply the engineering, manufacture, delivery, installation, test and assisted operation for the substitution of the chemical section of the carbon steel pickling line, changing the process from immersion type to turbulent using process an rinse tanks made of PP instead of Steel/Rubber lined.
