Abstract

A sustentabilidade é um conceito ligado a continuidade dos aspectos econômicos sociais, culturais, ambientais, vinculada à política e direcionada dentro de uma visão ética de crescimento. A indústria do alumínio, via as suas associações contemplam em suas missões a sustemtabilidade e mostram os esforços e atitudes que vêm tomando nessa direção, através de suas metas vêm apresentar à sociedade, os desafios e ações tomadas. O presente trabalho busca acoplar esses conceitos e propor um processo de fundição que venha favorecer as camadas mais humildes da sociedade, embutindo a idéia de produção e crescimento baseado em um dispositivo simples e de fácil construção. Capaz prover uma pequena economia quando gerido em comunidade. Por outro lado, o trabalho visa fornecer uma forma de proporcionar aos trabalhadores envolvidos com o processo da reciclagem, melhores condições na execução de suas tarefas e consequentemente aumentando seus ganhos. O projeto também contempla um apoio técnico e educacional no âmbito ecológico, quanto no aprimoramento da execução do trabalho. Com essa atitude justifica-se a criação de um processo técnico, simples e eficiente capaz de mover os comportamentos atuais de grandes monopólios da reciclagem para uma visão mais distribuída de pequenas economias.

 

Sustainability is a concept related to continuity of the economic , social, cultural and environmental aspects, linked to the policy and directed within an ethical vision of growth. The industries of aluminium, by means of their associations, include in their missions the sustainability and show the efforts and attitudes that they are taking in this direction, through their goals show to the society, the challenges and actions taken. This paper seeks attach these concepts and propose a simple process of casting that favors the most humble of the society, to built the idea of production and growth based on a simple and easy construction device and able to provide a small economy when administered in the community. Moreover, the work aims to provide a way of giving workers involved in the process of recycling, better conditions in the execution of their tasks and thus increasing their earnings. The project also includes a technical and educational support as much ecological as in improving the performance of work. With this attitude it is justified the creation of a technical process, simple and efficient, able to move the current behavior of large monopolies of recycling to a more distributed view of small economies.
