Abstract

Os vagões prancha da GPA são atualmente agredidos pela ação de altas temperaturas cargas consideráveis. Atuam no interior da UPV transportando placas a uma temperatura elevada, há uma troca de calor com a estrutura do vagão trazendo como conseqüência a flambagem da estrutura e um alto custo de manutenção. Desta forma desenvolvemos um projeto para reestruturação do vagão prancha. Estudamos todas as variantes que poderiam causar deflexão nos vagões pranchas e decidimos que deveríamos reduzir a condição de temperatura para a estrutura através de isolantes térmicos. Após a construção de um protótipo conseguimos uma redução de temperatura na ordem de 771% isto vai implicar em uma redução de paradas para manutenção.

 

The wagons board of GPA is attacked now by the action of high temperatures, considerable loads. They act inside UPV transporting plates to a hight temperature , there is a change of heat with the structure of the wagon bringing as consequence, it damages of the structure and a high maintenance cost. This way we developed a project for restructuring of the wagon board. We everybody study the variants that could cause mishap in the wagons boards and we decided that should reduce the temperature condition for the structure through insulating thermal. After the construction of a prototype we got a temperature reduction in the order of 771% this will imply in a reduction of stops for maintenance.
