Abstract

O Encontro com lideranças faz parte do programa Vale Comunidade, que visa sistematizar , por meio de canais sistemáticos e permanentes, a interlocução e o diálogo entre a Vale e as comunidades onde a empresa atua , fortalecendo a relação. Os encontros reúnem lideranças comunitárias previamente mapeadas e os representantes da Vale, seguem calendário sistemático e a pauta é definida em conjunto com a comunidade, a partir dos questionamentos e demandas de informação trazidas pelas lideranças.

 

The Meeting with leaderships (Encontro com lideranças) is part of the program CVRD Community (Vale Comunidade), which aims at systemize, by systematic and permanent channels, the dialogue between CVRD and the communities around the company, strengthening the relationship. The meetings bring together previously selected Community Leaders and CVRD ́s representatives. They follow a systematic calendar and its guideline is decided along with the community, from the questions and demands brought by the leaders.
