Resumo

Este projeto teve como principal objetivo aumentar a produtividade nas movimentações e embarques de produtos siderúrgicos da ArcelorMittal Tubarão no Terminal de Produtos Siderúrgico de Praia Mole. O planejamento da armazenagem e o aperfeiçoamento do transporte interno dentre outras iniciativas contribuiram para a melhoria dos processos logísticos no Terminal, além da redução dos custos operacionais. O projeto foi subdividido em etapas de implantação, onde inicialmente foi abordado o aprimoramento dos processos de armazenagem e na sequencia o refinamento na utilização dos equipamentos de movimentação. Por fim, esse trabalho visou apresentar as ações que foram desenvolvidas com foco na otimização dos processos de planejamento da armazenagem dos produtos, transporte e embarque.

 

"The project main goal refers to achieving desired outcome efficiency on the internal logistics transports, movements and increase the vessel’s loading rate from ArcelorMittal Tubarão at the Praia mole Port steel products terminal. The insertion of a storage area plan and the improvement of internal transport among others small projects contributed for the advance on terminal logistics process, finding besides that a significant reduction of operational costs. The proposal was subdivided on steps of implementation, where it was initially addressed the enhancement of storage area process and then the sophistication in the use of internal transport equipments. Finally, the work is to show the progress involved on development of a group of small actions that gave us a possibility to reach great results on our logistics process based on think different, find new possibilities, rearrange our planning method, having as the principal activities, temporary storage, transport to the pier, and loading of ship’s. "
