Resumo

O ensaio do anel é um método de avaliação importantíssimo na determinação do coeficiente de atrito devido ao seu baixo custo e excelente resultado. Tendo sua aplicabilidade na determinação de lubrificante de melhor desempenho ou na obtenção do coeficiente de atrito real utilizado nos software de simulação. Este trabalho apresenta a evolução do comportamento do coeficiente de atrito do aço AISI 4140 através dos resultados do teste de compressão do anel. Foram comparados na condição sem lubrificação e diferentes lubrificantes na temperatura de 1.200°C. Os resultados mostraram a eficiência de cada uma das condições de lubrificação analisadas. Os resultados experimentais serão comparados com os obtidos através da simulação numérica.

The ring test is an important evaluation method for determining the coefficient of friction due to its low cost and excellent results. Taking your applicability in the determination of lubricant for best performance or to obtain the real friction coefficient used in the simulation software. This paper presents the evolution of the behavior of friction coefficient of AISI 4140 test results through the compression ring. We compared the condition without lubrication and lubricants at various temperature of 1200°C. The results showed the efficiency of each of the lubrication conditions analyzed. The experimental results are compared with those obtained by numerical simulation.
