Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar a experiência e resultados obtidos numa planta de zinco do grupo Votorantim Metais, com a implantação de um sistema de gerenciamento de paradas, integrado ao sistema de informações PIMS (Plant Information Managment System – Sistema de Gerenciamento das informações da Planta), e ao software de gerenciamento de manutenção Máximo. A implantação do sistema de gerenciamento integrado de paradas tem possibilitado o fornecimento de informações confiáveis e precisas para as equipes de Manutenção e Produção, auxiliando a tomada de decisão para o planejamento e execução das intervenções.

 

This work has the objective to present the experience and results, from the zinc plant of the Votorantim Metais Group, with the use of a Stop Management System integrated to PIMS (Plant Information System) and Maximo (Maintenance Management System). The utilization of the this integrated stop management system has made possible to supply the Maintenance and Production teams with reliable and precise information, helping them to taking the right decision for the planning and execution of the interventions in the plant.
