Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo descrever o procedimento aplicado para modelagem das variações de poder calorífico inferior (PCI) do BFG (gás de alto forno), devido à injeção de LDG (gás de aciaria), enviado às centrais termelétricas (CTEs) #1, #2, #3 e #4 e apresentar o projeto básico do sistema de controle antecipativo para redução dos distúrbios da pressão das caldeiras nas respectivas CTEs.

 

The objective of this work is to describe the procedure applied to the modeling of the lower calorific value (LCV)) variations of the BFG due to the injection of LDG (Linz-Donawitz Gas) sent to power plants # 1, # 2, # 3 and # 4 and present the basic design of the antecipative control system to reduce boiler pressure disturbances in the respective power plants.
