Resumo

Este artigo tem por objetivo a análise das propriedades e características dos materiais piezoelétricos sob a ótica da geração de energia limpa e renovável, baseando-se em energy harvesting. Por meio de pesquisa do acervo bibliográfico disponível de 2001 até 2015, foi possível reunir os principais estudos e características deste material, sendo discutido a sua eficiência energética e a possibilidade para aplicações na Atualidade.

 

This paper aims to analyze the properties and characteristics of piezoelectric materials under the perspective of the generation of clean and renewable energy, based on energy harvesting. Through research of the bibliographic collection available from 2001 to 2015 it was possible to bring together the main studies and characteristics of this material, being discussed its energy efficiency and the possibility of applications in the present days.
