Resumo

A indústria eletro-eletrônica vem aumentando a quantidade de sucatas gerada anualmente. Por este motivo necessita-se de reciclagem, para que se evite o desperdício de matérias-primas e de recursos naturais não-renováveis. A maioria dos produtos eletro-eletrônicos não recebe tratamento pós-consumo sendo depositadas em aterros sanitários junto com o resíduo doméstico. O objetivo deste trabalho é estudar a reciclagem dos cabos tipo cordão paralelo e flexível através da separação em meio denso. A solução de cloreto de cálcio foi usada como líquido intermediário. Pode-se concluir que a liberação ocorreu por completo quando os materiais foram moídos a 3mm. O flutuado não apresentou contaminação de cobre quando os materiais foram processados até 3mm.

 

The electro-electronics industry comes increasing the amount of scraps generated annually. For this reason recycling is needed, so that if it prevents the wastefulness of raw materials and natural resources not renewed. The majority of the electro- electronic products doesn’t receive any treatment after consumption and is deposited in landfill together with municipal solid wastes (MSW). The objective of this work is to study the recycling of parallel and flexible cables through separation by density. A calcium chlorine water solution was applied as separation media. One can conclude that the entirely liberation was found when the materials were milled to 3mm. The overflow presented no copper contamination when the materials were formerly grounded to 3mm.
