Resumo

Com a busca constante da melhoria contínua nos serviços de transporte de produtos siderúrgicos que possam agregar valor aos produtos dos embarcadores e visando o fortalecimento de suas marcas no mercado, este sistema busca priorizar maior segurança e dar maior credibilidade às informações logísticas “on-line”. Esta tecnologia inovadora está contribuindo para redução dos custos de toda cadeia produtiva envolvida neste processo, além de possibilitar a preservação de vidas. Este sistema oferece aos embarcadores um único nível de atendimento, ou seja, atendimento “FROTA”, mesmo este transporte sendo efetuado por agregados ou terceiros. A disponibilidade de ferramentas para rastreamento dos veículos de frotas, agregados e terceiros em conjunto com uma única central de monitoramento, trouxeram benefícios significativos na redução do índice de atrasos de entregas, roubo de cargas, avarias e acidentes permitindo maior produtividade de ativos, a visão total do embarcador das operações de transporte, a maior credibilidade do mercado autônomo, a padronização dos processos de gerenciamento de riscos e logística de transportes além da redução do prêmio de seguros de cargas. Este sistema está baseado no uso de rastreadores veiculares fixos ou móveis, software compatível com WEB, atualização de posições em curto espaço de tempo (de 2 a 10 minutos), troca de mensagens entre motorista/central e vice-versa e a integração dos sistemas de informações com os embarcadores.

 

With the constant search of the continuous improvement in the services of transport of metallurgical products that can add value to the products of the shippers and aiming at the fortify of its marks in the market, this system search to prioritize greater security, to give to greater credibility to the logistic information even though and "on-line". This innovative technology is contributing for reduction of the costs of all involved productive chain in this process, besides making possible the preservation of lives. This system offers to the shippers an only level of attendance, or either, attendance "FLEET", exactly this transport being affected by added or third. The availability of tools for tracking of the vehicles of Fleets, Added and third in set with an only central office of monitor, had brought significant benefits in the reduction of the index of delays of deliveries, load robbery, damages and accidents allowing bigger productivity of asset, the total vision of the shipper of the operations of transport, the biggest credibility of the independent market, the standardization of the processes of management of risks and logistic of transports beyond the reduction of the prize of load insurances. This system is based on the use of fixed and mobile tracker to propagate, compatible software with WEB, update of position in short space of time (of 2 the 10 minutes), exchange of messages between Driver/Central and vice versa and the integration of the systems of information with the shippers.
