Abstract

Influência do tempo de tratamento isotérmico na tenacidade ao impacto de ferro fundido nodular austemperado. O ferro fundido nodular austemperado tem suas propriedades mecânicas modificadas quando submetido ao tratamento térmico de austêmpera. O presente trabalho tem como objetivo determinar a janela de tratamento isotérmico a 370oC em função do tempo. Ensaio de tenacidade ao impacto e análise da morfologia da microestrutura ausferrítica foram efetuadas para tempos diferentes de tratamentos isotérmicos.

 

The nodular casting austempering has yours mechanical properties modificated when submitted on heat treatment of austempering. The present works has as target, determinate the window of treatment at 370oc in function of time. Tests of impact and analyses of morphology ausferrite microstructure was did for different times on isothermal treatment.
